Below are the simple terms and conditions of our agency, which apply to all our clients.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking if we suspect the client is under the influence of alcohol. Or if the masseuse feels uncomfortable with the client’s behavior.

1. Minimum age restriction:

Minimum age for making a booking with us is 18 years. If you look under 18, the masseuse will request a valid ID.

2. Payments procedures and requirements :

Payment is cash on arrival to the masseuse. Some masseuse will also accept a bank transfer from a UK bank account.

3. Appointments procedures and requirements:

If you are staying in a hotel, while making an appointment we will ask for your hotel name, address with postcode, your room number & your full name.

When booking from private residence, we require your full address with postcode, your name and landline number.

We respect your confidentiality and privacy, we never share your personal details and all the content provided is for our security purposes only and never stays in our records. Please refer to our Privacy policy for a more detailed explanation.

4. Services procedures and requirements:

Before the masseuse arrives or you travel to visit her, we kindly suggest to shower to keep your personal hygiene in a good standing. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, excessive alcohol or any kind of CNS inhibitors.

In case you are under a strong influence of above mentioned products, the masseuse may ask to cancel the booking.

Payment will still fall due. If you decide to prolong your massage service, please inform the agency or your massage therapist in advance.

Ensure that you and your massage therapist have complete privacy throughout the session, with no other attendants present (unless pre-agreed during the booking).

Please be advised, we are not an escort agency and do not provide any sexual services or any kind, other than listed on the website of the agency.

We highly value our masseuses and have a zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or physical abuse. If such an incident occurs, the booking will be immediately terminated with no refund, and serious cases will be reported to the police.

You will also be blacklisted from all agencies as abuse is shared actively.

5. Bookings cancellations

We hold the right to charge you with 50GBP if you decide to cancel the booking after the masseuse arrives, during first 10 minutes. This is a charge to refund her travel costs / inconvenience.

In case of cancellation after 10 minutes and onwards, we will ask you to pay full GBP fee.

Violations of the aforementioned Rules, Terms and Conditions of Services will result in immediate and permanent ban to this and associated agencies.

6. Refunds and Complaints

Privacy Point: Our primary purpose is to act as a privacy intermediary between you and the massage therapist. We facilitate the booking process, ensuring your information remains secure and confidential.

Payment Handling: We do not process payments for massage services, and no financial transactions occur through our platform. You will pay the massage therapist directly at the time of the appointment.

Refund Limitations: Due to our role as a booking agency and our non-involvement in payment processing, we are unable to issue refunds for any payments made to the massage therapist. You must address refund requests directly with the therapist during the booking.

Payment Responsibility: The contract and payment arrangement for massage services are solely between you and the massage therapist. We do not play a role in this aspect of the transaction.

Refund Timing: Refunds, if applicable, are at the massage therapist’s discretion and can only be requested before or during the massage session. Refund requests made after the session will not be accommodated.

Feedback and Complaints: We value your feedback immensely. If you have any complaints or concerns about your booking experience, the massage therapist, or our services, please do not hesitate to share them with us. We are committed to addressing complaints promptly and fairly.

Promotion Policy: Your feedback matters not only to us but also to maintain the quality of service we offer. Repeat issues or concerns with a massage therapist will result in their exclusion from our promotion, ensuring that we continue to promote trusted professionals. Your feedback plays a vital role in this process.
